Caloundra local and rising real estate agent Zack De Jersey has reached a new milestone in his property career with the launch of De Jersey Estate Co.

The new office is located next to the iconic Kings Beach Convenience Store at 36 Esplanade Headland, Kings Beach.

The team includes Zack’s mother and local agent of more than 10 years, Sandra De Jersey.

Mr De Jersey joined her in the industry seven years ago.

“I started out as an associate agent and then moved up to agent and now into business ownership,” Mr De Jersey said.

Mr De Jersey said the demand for property across greater Caloundra was still hot.

“The key thing buyers are seeking at the moment are properties close to the beach with ocean views,” he said.

“I would say about 60 per cent of inquiries are Brisbane-based, with buyers looking for something to purchase to live in down the track, holiday in or use as an investment.”

He said another key demographic of buyers were those moving from up north or inland.

“Demand is from everywhere but we are taking lots of inquiries from people moving in from the west or further up the coast,” he said.

“Sellers have great opportunities on the market in this environment and De Jersey Estate Co will offer them the same personalised service they have come to know from Sandra and myself in our previous roles.

“We put a lot of effort into our marketing which is the most important part of selling properties and we handle every part of the process to ensure properties are exposed to the biggest number of potential buyers possible.”
